The dining area felt cramped at times, especially during breakfast when service seemed a bit delayed, and despite the overall cleanliness, there were occasional reports of unkempt bathroom fixtures that could use attention. Lastly, there's a noticeable absence of microwaves in rooms, making late-night snacking more problematic than it should be.

It was just a commendable fit for a couple of nights in Carrick-on-Shannon, great for the money. Breakfast was nice, standard B&B fare that was more than enough to set you up for the morning. If you prefer a quiet stay, consider opting for the house in town.
